Marina Cicogna, energy and fulcrum of Tenuta La Zambonina, has a varied path: an international education and a long activity in the art sector, in Rome, which she now shares with the production of rice and the management of her Villa.
Always present and close to her collaborators, she welcomes customers and dedicates herself with determination, soul and heart to the satisfaction of her guests.
Optimistic, courageous and unconventional, Marina is always looking for new stimuli that she knows how to transform into real passions: “We take care of things when they become ours and since then they turn into a mission.”
Do not be surprised if the notes of Massive Attack as well as those of Wagner resound within the walls of the Tenuta: it is the expression of the unique personality of the Queen of Villa La Zambonina.
LOVE FOR HOME
Proud of her femininity, Marina tells how La Tenuta La Zambonina has always been handed down from generation to generation among women: “we, as women, have the power to give life”.
The “pink” and familiar management transmits the warmth of the home atmosphere to the guest, and who knows if it will be his daughter Matilde who will continue this tradition.

A truly unusual architecture, paleo-palladian and baroque at the same time, with colonnaded loggias and frescoes depicting the rice harvest and paddy fields, all around, as a frame. This is Tenuta La Zambonina.
An harmonious combination of ancient and modern with decorations, furniture and green spaces: meticulously coordinated balances to give the illusion, only the illusion, of a casual non-chalance.
